- Once you have your purchase receipt with survey code is ready then go to the official survey site at – https://www.gianteaglelistens.com
- On the survey, homepage enter the survey code located on your receipt and click on START to enter the survey
- Once your survey code will verify you will enter the survey after that submit your honest feedback once you enter the survey
- Once you finish answering all the questions submit the survey form and you will enter the sweepstakes area where you have to provide your basic information like name, address, email, and phone number to take part in the sweepstake
